BonBijou is not able to guarantee that the sale of our jewellery and import into your country or location is permissible, therefore it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that there are no constraints. BonBijou is not responsible for additional import fees which your order may incur.

Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours if you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase. Please contact emma@bonbijou.com.

If the item you have ordered is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you have a valid claim in respect of any of the goods, which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods, we shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the faulty part in question) free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price). Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund.

Earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons.

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if notified and returned, in saleable condition, within 14 days, accompanied by the relevant sales receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We strongly recommend returning items by Recorded or Special Delivery with adequate insurance. Please retain proof of posting.

Payment Options
All payments are made through Google Checkout and can be made using debit and all major credit cards. If you would rather pay by another method, such as personal cheque (UK only), in this instance please place your order by phone or email.
